Document Tracking System

When critical information is required the Document Tracking System allows you to find any document fast. This RFID based system is economical and it will allow you to reduce the time it takes to inventory documents and records. It will also help you locate and retrieve misplaced documents without a paper chase.

Tag it

The tags are blank pressure sensitive labels with an embedded RFID inlay. These tags can be easily affixed to the inside or outside of any document such as files, books, CDs and any important documents that need to be tracked. All tags are pre-programmed with a unique identification (UID) that will be used to link to the specific record in the database pertaining to the document.

Track it

The tracking of your documents is done using a reader which interfaces to the PC that maintains the database containing information on the tagged documents. The reader is connected to a desktop antenna that is used to read the document tags whenever a document is taken or returned. The reader can read the identification from multiple tagged documents at once.

Manage it

The document tracking system allows you to locate and track any document throughout your office from any networked PC. The software is fully customizable to suit your individual business needs. The set-up function allows you to set up your database that will link the tag UID with the appropriate document. The software is equipped with a report manager with easy to use Intranet browser interface.
