Work Tracking System
An RFID based system for project management. When information is required on a project, the Work Tracking System allows you to keep track of the status of all your projects. This RFID based system is economical and it will allow you to reduce the time it takes to manage and find out documents on specific projects. It will help you become more productive by reducing costs.
Tag it
The tags are blank pressure sensitive labels with an embedded RFID inlay. These tags can be easily affixed to any project document such as files, work order sheets, project log books and any important document pertaining to the project that needs to be tracked. All tags are pre-programmed with a unique identification (UID) that will be used to link to the specific record in the database pertaining to the document.
Track it
The tracking of the status of your projects is done using a reader which interfaces to the PC that maintains the database containing information on the tagged work documents. The reader has a built-in antenna that is used to read the tags whenever a document passes from one work area or process to another until the project has been completed. The reader can read the identification from multiple tagged documents at once.
Manage it
The work tracking system allows you to locate and track any project throughout the process from any networked PC. The software is fully customizable to suit your individual business needs. The set-up function allows you to set up your database that will link the tag UID with the appropriate document. The software is equipped with a report manager with easy-to-use Intranet browser interfaces.
